Day 1: Welcome to Cusco City & Afternoon Cusco tour.
Upon your arrival at Cusco airport, our representative will be there to welcome you. They will assist you in getting to your downtown Cusco hotel. Cusco sits at an elevation of 3,350 meters, and it’s common to experience some initial effects of the altitude upon arrival. To help acclimate, we recommend having a cup of Coca tea at the hotel, as it can be quite beneficial. Hotel check-in is typically at 12 pm, but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel as they offer complimentary storage. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy lunch, with plenty of restaurants available around the main Plaza of Cusco.
At 1 pm, we starts the Cusco city tour. This tour includes visits to various sites within the city and Inca sites situated in the higher parts of Cusco. The tour usually begins at the Main Plaza of Cusco, a truly remarkable place. From there, you’ll proceed to the renowned Qoricancha, which is considered the center of the Inca Empire and where our civilization began. After exploring Qoricancha, we’ll continue our journey in transportation to the next Inca site, Sacsayhuaman, which is the largest and most distinctive site on this tour. It has its own unique charm distinct from Machu Picchu. You’ll have ample time to explore and enjoy this site. The tour will also take you to Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay, which, although smaller in size, played significant roles in Inca times. You’ll have the chance to witness and appreciate the magnificence of each attraction. Our expert guide will provide you with detailed information about each site and capture the best photos as well.
After concluding the tour, you’ll return to the town by 6 pm, and we’ll drop you off at your hotel.
Enjoy your exploration of Cusco and its historical treasures!

Day 2: Moray Maras - Ollantaytambo- Aguas Calientes.
Exploring the Sacred Valley of Cusco offers an excellent opportunity to experience the rich history and agricultural heritage of the Incas.
Your journey through the Sacred Valley highlights Inca agricultural expertise, including the cultivation of potatoes, corn, and quinoa.
The tour begins with an 8 am hotel pick-up, followed by private transportation to Chinchero, our first stop. Once the center of potato farming, Chinchero offers seasonal views of active agricultural areas. We will also visit a weaving center to observe traditional textile production and provide an opportunity to purchase souvenirs at fair prices.
Next, we visit Moray for a walking tour of its renowned circular terraces. Moray functioned as an agricultural laboratory where the Incas experimented with crops at various elevations. This site offers a meaningful connection to Pachamama, the Earth Mother.
We then travel to Urubamba for lunch. Afterward, we drive 30 minutes to Ollantaytambo, known as the last living Inca city. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour of the archaeological site, followed by free time to explore the local village.
In the evening, you will board a train to Aguas Calientes, situated at 2,000 meters above sea level, where you will spend the night. Upon arrival, our guide will escort you to your hotel.
We hope you enjoy your journey through the Sacred Valley and look forward to your upcoming adventure at Machu Picchu.
